Conflict Resolution

ABOUT THIS COURSE

CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING (E-learning)

Unfortunately, in this modern time, conflict is becoming much more common, and this includes in our personal and work lives. Most of us try to avoid conflict. However, some situations are more difficult than others to avoid. With the rise in stress levels and adverse effects of mental health problems, people are feeling the pressures of life more and more, in turn causing more conflict situations. Some people may work in an industry whereby conflict is a by-product and so find it even harder to avoid conflict.

Having the skills and knowledge to deal with conflict can be the difference between escalation and de-escalation. By understanding the common triggers of conflict, the signs associated with conflict and the remedies for dealing with it, then we can increase our conflict toolkit. This conflict resolution training course is ideal for those that have to deal with conflict through their work, or those that want to improve their skills when dealing with everyday conflict.
